How do we book you?

First you get in contact, either by email or phone. I’ll check my availability to ensure I can cover your day then I’ll arrange to come and see you to show you more of my work and briefly discuss your requirements. More importantly, it gives you an opportunity to get to know me.
If you wish to commission me I will ask you to sign a booking form, complete with a non refundable retainer  fee of £200. After this has been received I will decline all other weddings on this day.
 

What should we expect at a Pre Wedding Shoot?

Well, a typical scenario would go something like this. We meet in a cafe near your chosen location, say around 10am. This would be approximately 2-4 weeks before your wedding day. We'll discuss the finer details of your day over a cuppa. It's here where I'll be asking about specific timings, details, type of shots required and the must get shots etc. I won't leave anything to chance on the day. After we're all happy we've got the big day covered we'll head off to your chosen location for the shoot. Wear casual clothes, relax, it's going to be fun! Usually we're all done by midday, normally a couple of hours. Afterwards I'll upload your images to your online gallery so you can log on and choose your favourite. I'll then print and mount it ready for your guests to sign on your wedding day. If family and friends wish to purchase any of your images they can do so online.

How far will you travel to a wedding and would there be an additional charge for this?

Generally any destination within 60 miles will not be charged for. After that we can discuss it on an individual basis. Depending on the destination and the coverage required, where I need to stay late to cover the evening’s proceedings I may require accommodation but don’t worry I won’t be expecting 5 star!

What happens after our wedding day?

You head off and enjoy your honeymoon! I’ll have your images sorted and professionally edited including colour and black and white effects by the time you get back, usually within 2 weeks. 

I'll have a good indication of what style of images you want from your Pre Wedding meeting.

I will contact you when they're online so you can access your private gallery. From there you, your family and friends can view your images with an option to purchase them. If you've booked an album package you can also choose your album selection from here.
